The Mentorship Circle is a new A2C program designed to offer senior leaders of member agencies a dedicated space to step back, share their experiences and reflect together on the challenges facing their agency.
Each circle brings together 1 mentor and approximately 5 mentees around a shared topic. Lasting approximately 2 hours, the session will take place at the A2C offices to encourage practical discussions grounded in the experience and realities of agencies.
A program exclusively reserved for A2C members, designed for senior leaders who wish to exchange with their peers and gain new perspectives on their business challenges.
Topics
The program will begin with two priority topics:
- Growth
- Operations
Additional topics will be introduced in future editions, including digital transformation and human resources.
Participating in a Circle is an opportunity to:
- Take a step back from a concrete challenge in your day-to-day work
- Benefit from the experience of a mentor and the perspectives of other leaders
- Share your challenges in a confidential and supportive environment
- Compare your practices and discover new approaches
- Build meaningful connections with other industry leaders.
To foster meaningful exchanges and ensure that every voice is heard, groups are intentionally limited to approximately five (5) mentees to create a dedicated space for discussion, where everyone can share their experiences, raise their challenges and actively contribute to the conversation.
First Edition
The first Mentorship Circle will take place in early November and will focus on growth. The date of the session and the name of the mentor will be announced very soon.
