DEI Policy

Following its action plan, which included round-table discussions and training workshops, A2C has gone one step further by adopting an explicit policy on diversity, equity and inclusion, unanimously adopted by its Board of Directors. This policy reflects A2C’s commitment to supporting the development of its members, and to embodying its values and culture as an association.

A2C has an explicit policy on diversity, equity and inclusion. This policy reflects our commitment to supporting the evolution of our members, and to embodying our values and culture as an association. It signals our commitment to a culture of inclusion on a daily basis, through our inclusive practices in management and interpersonal relations, in our communications and in the services we offer our members, as well as in our dealings with our partners and suppliers.
