DEI Policy
A2C has an explicit policy on diversity, equity and inclusion. This policy reflects our commitment to supporting the evolution of our members, and to embodying our values and culture as an association. It signals our commitment to a culture of inclusion on a daily basis, through our inclusive practices in management and interpersonal relations, in our communications and in the services we offer our members, as well as in our dealings with our partners and suppliers.

We created a tool that provides you access to documents, resources, and references concerning diversity, equity and inclusion. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with them and to add your own ideas and recommendations.

The Association also encourages its members to implement their own DEI policy. To do so, a DEI policy template is available via the Member Access.
