2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the Leaders’ Summit was held on November 12, bringing together senior management from Quebec agencies. Its central theme was “Value,” a concept explored in all its dimensions: creative value, strategic value, human value, and business value. These perspectives guided the discussions throughout a day marked by vision, expertise, and boldness.

In a context where the creative communications industry is evolving at a rapid pace, the Summit provided a space for perspective and collective reflection, conducive to imagining the future of our organizations and our sector.

Throughout the day, participants were able to attend:

  • An insightful economic update to better understand the dynamics that influence our ecosystems;
  • An in-depth portrait of the industry to grasp the cultural, social, and economic issues that shape our practices;
  • Inspiring conferences on creating economic value for Quebec, sustainability as a lever for the future, intersectoral synergies, the lasting impact of experience, the human contribution to innovation, and a discussion on productivity and prosperity in agencies;
  • Special networking opportunities, promoting exchanges between leaders and the creation of new and promising connections.

This edition offered the right balance between strategic thinking, future prospects, and concrete ideas. It reminded us of the importance of adapting the ways we create, collaborate, and generate value for our organizations, our talents, and the entire Quebec creative ecosystem.
