Back for a sixth edition, with a new format, the A2C Academy is an intensive training program for young talents who want to learn about the creative communications industry and develop their skills in this field.
The new five-day program is based on themed days, a refocus on key agency functions, and the addition of conferences on contemporary issues, particularly storytelling. These adjustments aim to make the A2C Academy more relevant, dynamic, and aligned with the current needs of agencies and the next generation.
We have also increased the number of years of employment required for young talent to be eligible for training, from less than one year to less than two years.
The training will be offered from May 25 to 29, 2026, and member agencies will soon be invited to register their promising talent.
